Adish Ezatagha, MSc
Biography
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Human Biology from the University of Toronto, Adish continued attending the University of Toronto, earning a Masters of Science degree under the supervision of Dr. Vladimir Vuksan. His research focused on the dietary intake of soluble fiber from oats and barley and its effects on lowering cholesterol levels and other risk factors for heart disease. His continued interest in nutrition research has led him to working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Glycemic Index Laboratories Inc.
