Adish Ezatagha, MSc



After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Human Biology from the University of Toronto, Adish continued on to earn a Master of Science from the University of Toronto under the supervision of Dr. Vladimir Vuksan. His research focused on dietary intake of soluble fiber from oats and barley and their cholesterol-lowering effects as well as their effects on other risk factors for heart disease. His interest in nutrition research has led him to work at Glycemic Index Laboratories Inc. as Senior Clinical Coordinator.
